We are happy to accept returns in their original condition (unused, unworn, unwashed with all tags) within 30 days of the date of delivery to receive an exchange or full refund. We can only process a refund back to the original form of payment. Shipping costs on original order (including duties and taxes) costs related to express or expedited shipping are not refundable.

Email info@opuesto.co and we will provide you a free shipping label to send them back to us. Your credit/debit card will be refunded when we receive the merchandise.

Refunds

1. If we are out of stock of an item, we will notify you and offer a substitution or we will process a refund for that item. You will be notified by email.

2. Refunds for confirmed damages will be processed within 48 hours during our normal operating hours. Weekends and holidays will increase the time it takes to serve you.

3. All refunds will be credited to the card you used to purchase the item being refunded.  

Loss or Damage

Please note that .Opuesto is not responsible for packages which are lost or damaged during shipment, or for locating lost or stolen packages once they have been delivered. This applies to both domestic and international orders.

Additionally, .Opuesto is not responsible for replacing packages sent to erroneous or outdated addresses, as entered by the customer, so please be sure to double check your shipping address before placing your order.

Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs and duty charges, which vary greatly depending on the destination country. These charges are payable upon arrival and are not included in the original purchase price or shipping charges.
